How do I log in to the marketplace?
To log in to the marketplace, on the main page of the site in the upper-right corner, click «Login account» and enter your username and password.
How do I recover my password?
On the login page, click «Forgot your password?», enter your email address and click «Send». Then you will receive an email with password recovery.
How do I change my password?
- You can change your password, phone number, or email address in your merchant profile.
- Log in with your username.
- Click the «Login profile» tab and go to «Settings».
Why should I log in to my profile?
This way you can use all the features of the marketplace:
- track the order status in your merchant profile;
- make purchases under the same username on different devices;
- leave product reviews;
- see order history;
How do I view all my orders?
All your purchases are listed on the orders page. To get to this page, log in with your username and password. Click the «Login profile» tab and go to «Orders».
How do I unsubscribe from newsletters?
In your personal account, go to settings - «Update profile» and switch your subscription to No.
How do I set a profile photo?
In your personal account, go to settings - «Update profile» and click «Select image», select a photo on your computer and confirm the selection. The photo will appear in your profile and will be displayed next to your reviews on the site.
